juanita and the rabbit (aka brett and liz) are currently traveling on their summer 08 tour with their four legged pals ella and piggy joe. they've got this insane van that they live in while they sublet their joint in sf....juanita and the rabbit made a somerville stop off. the family was well. checkout the van. it was seriously BIG.

as always, it was a major treat to see these fine folk and to have them around. we constantly miss them when they aren't around......check them out if they are playing in your town! you deserve it! (check out their myspace page)

ella and piggy joe were visiting; they were on tour with juanita and the rabbit. i had to share the floor. my this rug r.i.p. (ironically, it was annie bean who sent this rug to its' final resting place...not these two big dogs!

and speaking of big dogs...we recently skyped with luna....

my nana gave my mom some old clothes for me. some of them belonged to my mom, some belonged to my tias, and some my great grandma made. sadly, some of the really old ones are decaying and i have only been able to wear them for a few hours. regardless of the amount of time i wear them for, my folks try to snap a photo of me wearing them. my mother always tries to update the look a bit...give it a funky, urban twist that suits my (or her) sensibilities. this little white dress used to be a very light blue i think. regardless of its' original color...i rock it.
